My Darlin Doxies
Welcome to My Darlin Doxies where we specialize in breeding AKC/CKC mini dachshunds. We are very proud of our breeding program and the proof is in our puppies! Since these are our babies, they live as members of our family and as pampered pets. They are well trained and well behaved.. Breeding is planned and supervised by both of us for their safety. Our Moms receive excellent pre-natal care with regular visits to our vet, ultrasounds and radiography. Their weight and nutrition are monitored and we feed them only quality dog food with vegetable supplements to their diet. The labor and delivery are handled personally by both of us in our home to ensure the safety of both mom and puppies. All puppies are weighed and monitored from their birth until they find their new home with you. We also handle the puppies extensively so they will be pre-spoiled and well socialized for you and your family.

We are Allison and Nick Ransom and we live in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky. Our Dachshunds began raising us 3 years ago when we were introduced to Molly Madison. She is the “princess” of the family and she knows it. Once a Dachshund lover…always a Dachshund lover!
Actually I was raised with a black and tan Dachshund. I was 3 years old when “Missy” entered our family and she lived faithfully by my side for 17 years. She was a Dachshund by every definition of the breed. She had all the good and some of the sassy qualities that Dachshunds sometimes exhibit. So I knew what I was in for when we adopted “Madi” (although my husband did not). We were in love with her before we got home and it was then that we decided to start breeding quality Dachshunds in order to provide other family’s with the unconditional love and great qualities that Dachshunds can give.
